Dinkel Sourdough 30g Biovegan Bio
Biovegan dinkel sourdough comes from yeast extract and gives bread a typical nutty taste.
The content is enough for 1kg of flour. Rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, it is ideal for bread with a slightly sour sourdough taste.
Recipe: Mixed bread with Dinkel and Rye
Mix well 1 sachet of Dinkel Bio Vegan Yeast with 700gr Dinkel flour, 300gr rye flour, 1 sachet of dry Biovegan yeast and 2 teaspoons of salt. Add 750ml lukewarm water and knead the dough well. Cover and place in a warm place for 2 hours. Then knead again and place the dough in a form that you have spread with butter. Put it in a cold oven together with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 C for about 80 minutes.
