How to use: The recommended daily dose (5-6gr) can be divided into 3 doses (preferably half an hour before meals.) In 200ml of water, mix the amount of zeolite with a plastic spoon and drink it. Do not wait for the zeolite to sit on the bottom of the glass! It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the day (2 liters or more).
