Biovegan baking soda is useful for home and kitchen.
Use:
Baking: Soda as a stimulant for muffins, cookies or other pastries
Fruits: regulates their acidity e.g. with red currants or blueberries with the addition of about 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda per 1 kg of fruit.
Vegetables: makes hard fibers more digestible
e.g. Legumes or cabbages are best digested by adding about 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 liter of cooking water.
