Method
In a bowl, mix the oil with the coconut sugar for 2 minutes. Add the milk, the zest, the vanilla and the brandy and mix continuously. Then add the orange juice.
Gradually add the flour and mix.
Once all the ingredients are combined, add the walnuts and raisins.
Pour the mixture into an oiled round pan with dimensions of 24cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 oC for 45-50 minutes.
After the cake cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
