Method
In a bowl with a whisk, pour the butter with the sugar and start mixing well. Continue with the remaining ingredients for the dough and add the flour slowly at the end. When it becomes a pliable dough, cover it with a film and let it rest for about an hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread the organic fruit spread. Roll the dough into a roll, cut it into straight pieces and place them next to each other in a well-buttered round pan 24cm. Cover with a towel and leave for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 30 minutes.
After they cool, add the icing and the blueberries.
