Cinnamon Rolls with fruity filling

Ingridients:

Ingredients for the dough

- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maybe more)

- 350 ml milk (lukewarm)

- 70 g butter (melted)

- 100 g sugar

- 1 bag of yeast (dissolved in warm milk)

- 1 vanilla

- 1 tbsp. baking powder

Ingredients for the filling

- Organic fruit spread Bioagros (whatever flavor you prefer)

Ingredients for the coating

- A cup of icing sugar

- 6 tbsp. milk

- 1 tbsp. blueberries

Method

In a bowl with a whisk, pour the butter with the sugar and start mixing well. Continue with the remaining ingredients for the dough and add the flour slowly at the end. When it becomes a pliable dough, cover it with a film and let it rest for about an hour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread the organic fruit spread. Roll the dough into a roll, cut it into straight pieces and place them next to each other in a well-buttered round pan 24cm. Cover with a towel and leave for another 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 30 minutes.

After they cool, add the icing and the blueberries.
