Gluten free Agar Agar 18g Biovegan Bio

Dosage: 1 tbsp. corresponds to 6g and 500 ml of coagulant. Hot mixture: Mix 6g with 100 ml of liquid until homogeneous and then mix the mixture with the remaining liquid. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Cold mixture: mix 6g with 100 ml of liquid until homogeneous. Simmer for 1 minute, remove from the heat and then mix the mixture with the remaining liquid. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
