Salad with figs, red grapes, walnuts and apple cider vinegar dressing

Ingridients:

Green salad mix
100 gr red grapes
250 gr figs
100 gr walnuts

Apple cider vinegar dressing:
50 ml Evergreen organic apple cider vinegar
100 ml sunflower oil
50 ml olive oil
2 figs, peeled
1 tbsp honey
Salt

Method

  • Wash the salad mix and leave it to drain. We do the same for grapes and figs.
  • Put the apple cider vinegar, honey and figs in a container and beat with a blender until homogenized. Slowly add the olive oil and sunflower oil, while continuing to beat. Finally add the salt.
  • Cut the grapes in half and the figs into quarters.
  • In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients and the crushed walnuts.
  • Pour over the dressing and mix.
