Method
- Wash the salad mix and leave it to drain. We do the same for grapes and figs.
- Put the apple cider vinegar, honey and figs in a container and beat with a blender until homogenized. Slowly add the olive oil and sunflower oil, while continuing to beat. Finally add the salt.
- Cut the grapes in half and the figs into quarters.
- In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients and the crushed walnuts.
- Pour over the dressing and mix.
