Greek green bean, carrots and olive oil stew from BioAgros! (2)

Ingridients:

700 g green beans cleaned (or frozen)
2 medium-sized potatoes
1 pack of organic carrots @bioagros
50 ml virgin olive oil
1 large chopped onion
Half a kilo of grated tomatoes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
Paprika
Salt & pepper

Method

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the chopped onion for a few minutes over medium heat. Add the potatoes, green beans and tomato paste and mix for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and paprika and leave the food on low heat covered for at least 35 minutes. Finally add the carrots and parsley and cover for another 10 minutes until our food is completely ready.
