Method
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and once it is well heated, add the pork. Sauté both of sides to get color. Add the onion and garlic and stir constantly. Then add the lemon juice and spices. Add about 4lt of water, the mustard and simmer until the meat is soft enough and the sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and serve with chopped dill and pepper. Accompany with round organic peeled and boiled potatoes from BioAgros!
