Vegan Bolognese

Ingridients:

1 pack of Felicia spaghetti @bioagros
150g organic T.V.P. fine @bioagros
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium grated carrot
250g organic tomato juice @bioagros
1 cinnamon stick
3 grains of allspice
Salt & Pepper
Οlive oil
Paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. tomato paste
Chopped parsley
Water

Method

• Sauté the T.V.P. fine with our chopped onion in olive oil. Add the tomato paste and the carrot.
• Then add the tomato juice, sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon stick, allspice and paprika.
• Add water and let it boil for about half an hour. At the end, add fresh chopped parsley.
• Boil our spaghetti according to the packaging instructions.
• Serve and enjoy them hot!
