Method
Put the natural tofu between two sheets of absorbent paper, place a heavy object on top and leave it for 10 minutes to absorb most of the moisture.
Then on a cutting board, we cut the tofu into cubes and place them aside.
In a bowl, prepare the sauce and add the ketchup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, chili, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix them and add the tofu cubes, so that they are covered with the sauce.
Put the bowl with the tofu in the fridge for one night.
The next day, flour the tofu cubes and in a non-stick pan over high heat, add a little olive oil and bake the tofu until they get a light golden color.
Then add the sauce in which the tofu was soaked and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with noodles, chives and sesame.
