Ingridients:

- 100g organic chickpeas flour Bioagros

- 20g grated onion

- 20g nutrition yeast flakes

- 20g olive oil

- 200g water

- salt

- pitted olives in rings

- tomatoes chopped in cubes

- fresh onion

- 1/2 tsp. oregano

Method

A nutritious and delicious omelet without eggs.
