Pancakes with bean flour

Ingridients:

- 250 ml coconut milk  (canned)

- 50gr coconut sugar

- 30gr coconut oil

- Sea salt

- 2 tsp.Baking powder

- 1 tsp. Vanilla

-1 tsp. Chia seeds

GARNISHMENT

- Banana

- Ceylon cinnamon

- honey or agave syrup

- walnuts

- 100gr bean flour

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
  3. In a pan, put a little coconut oil, let it burn well and then lower the heat 7/9 and put a tablespoon in the pan. After a while (it swells and come off very easily), we turn it upside down and continue cooking.
  4. Serve with banana, cinnamon, walnuts and honey or agave syrup
