Method
- Melt the coconut oil.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
- In a pan, put a little coconut oil, let it burn well and then lower the heat 7/9 and put a tablespoon in the pan. After a while (it swells and come off very easily), we turn it upside down and continue cooking.
- Serve with banana, cinnamon, walnuts and honey or agave syrup
