Method
- Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small pieces. Let the mango pieces freeze for at least 2 hours. Even better do it from the day before
- Strain the passion fruit pulp. Use the juice, but keep a tablespoon of passion fruit seeds for garnish
- Put the frozen mango pieces, Passion fruit juice and Bridge coconut drink in the blender and beat until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and garnish with passion fruit seeds, mango pieces and chili powder.
