Morning smoothie Bridge

Ingridients:

- 1 pear

- 150 g of blueberries

- 4 teaspoons maple syrup

- 600 ml Bridge almond drink without sugar

- 2 cm fresh ginger

Method

  1. Peel the pear
  2. Peel and grate the ginger
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.
  4. Empty the contents into a bottle or container with a lid. Enjoy at home, office or on your walk pour the mixture into a glass
  5. Garnish with pieces of strawberry
