Mediterranean sandwich with yogurt sauce

Ingridients:

3 large slices of bread (ideally sourdough) or 1 fluffy baguette
Organic red peppers in a jar Fine Cuisine
Organic green olives stuffed with almond Fine Cuisine, sliced
Wild rocket
50 g of feta cheese
Oregano

For the yogurt sauce for a sandwich:
1 tbsp Veloudo organic strained goat yogurt
Organic red peppers in a jar Fine Cuisine,, finely chopped
1 tsp. organic mild mustard BioAgros
1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil BioAgros
1 tsp organic tomato paste Fine Cuisine
Salt

Method

• For the yogurt sauce, we will need a blender where we will pour the yogurt, mustard, paste, olive oil, pepper and salt.
• Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Brush the inside of the bread with the mixture.
• Add the feta cheese, strips of red peppers, olives and oregano.
• Close the sandwich and enjoy.
