INGREDIENTS:
- 130 g self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 4 tbs La Vida Vegan Almond
- 235 g applesauce
- 100 g dark chocolate drops

PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Mix the chocolate spread, the apple sauce and all other
ingredients, then add the chocolate drops.
3. If the mix is too sticky, place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
4. Form the dough into small scoops and place them on the
baking tray
5. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

- 2 fully grown avocados (200 gr. without peel and seeds)

- 400 ml biological coconut milk AMAIZIN BIO

- 80 gr Biological cocoa 1% bioagros

- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla

- 200ml biological agave syrup Bioagros

- 100g chocolate drops

 

METHOD

  1. Peel the avocados and put them in the blender. Add the coconut milk, the cocoa, vanilla and agave syrup. Blend for a few seconds until the mixture becomes homogenized. Then, taste the mixture and add more agave syrup if you wish. Add the chocolate drops and blend.
  2. We put some parchment paper in a rectangular container and we pour our mixture. Then we put the mixture in the freezer.
  3. Before we serve it, we leave it in room temperature to unfreeze it.

INGREDIENTS

- 150g hazelnuts

- 250g dates

- 250ml coconut milk

- 2 tbsp. Coconut oil, melted (optionally)

- 60g Cocoa

- 20g carob flour

- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- Sea salt

- 70g Agave - Maple syrup

METHOD:
1. Put the dates into the blender and grind until it becomes ointment.

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan for 8-10 minutes at moderate temperature. Mix continuously. If the hazelnuts have not peeled, after they are roasted, let them cool for a while and then rub the peel with our hands.

 

  1. Place the roasted hazelnuts in the blender. Grind the roasted hazelnuts to get their oils out. You will need to open the blender and collect the pulp from the walls. 

 

  1. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix for 1-2 minutes until mix be homogeneous. We test and add more agave syrup or any sweetener you prefer. Keep in the fridge


Tip:

- We can only use Agave - Maple syrup or only cocoa or find the balance of these materials according to your taste
